If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make the return or exchange process as easy as possible. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
- 30-Day Return Window: We offer a 30-day return and exchange period for all orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it for another item. The 30-day period starts from the day your item is delivered to your address.
- Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged. Jewelry must not show signs of wear, damage, or alterations, including resizing. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
- Exclusions: Custom-made or personalized rings are non-refundable, as they are made to your specifications. Additionally, any items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” are excluded from the return policy.
How to Return or Exchange Your Item:

- Step 2: Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us. We may ask for a proof of purchase or order number.
- Step 3: Carefully package your item and ship it back to us using a tracked shipping service. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refund Process:
- Refund Method: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Partial Refunds: If the item is returned in a damaged condition or missing original packaging, we may issue a partial refund. We will notify you if this applies.
